We look forward to welcoming you to the 40th Annual MCA Conference in Nashville, TN. Attached is the agenda for the weekend.

DRESS
Thursday: Business casual. It is .3 miles from the hotel to the Owen Graduate School of Management. Please wear comfortable shoes for walking throughout the weekend. (You may request a shuttle from the hotel front desk.)
Friday: Business casual to casual. We’ll be at Vanderbilt in the morning for presentations, and leave straight to a songwriting experience and tour of the Country Music Hall of Fame. We’ll break from 5:30 – 7:00 pm at the hotel.
Friday Night: Casual. We’ll be boot, scoot and boogie-ing at the Wildhorse Saloon, so dress in your favorite honkytonk fashion.
Saturday: Casual. We’ll be at Vanderbilt until 2 pm for presentations.
(You’ll have 2-6 pm for a break. Tour the campus or visit your favorite Nashville highlight, such as the Ryman Auditorium, Frist Art Museum, National African American Music Museum, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, etc. We are happy to make recommendations.)
Saturday Night: Cocktail or party festive. Come dressed for the red-carpet experience at the MCA 40th Anniversary Gala.
WEATHER
We are hoping for sunny, high mid-80’s and low 60. (Spring is unpredictable. We’ll let you know closer to the event.)
